Jeff Schumacher has been named publisher of The Vicksburg Post and affiliated publications and president of Vicksburg Newsmedia LLC.
Schumacher, a native of Drayton, N.D., most recently was general manager of Mountaineer Publishing Co. in Waynesville, N.C.
