'Wall St. Journal' Launches Real Estate Site

By: On Tuesday, The Wall Street Journal launches RealEstateJournal.com, a free guide to residential and commercial real estate. With over 1.5 million residential properties for sale, the site includes negotiating tips, sales trends, and relocation tools.

In the commercial real estate area, RealEstateJournal.com features over $130 billion worth of commercial properties. Residential listings are supplied by Realtor.com and commercial listings come from LoopNet.com.

The City Profiles section will provide in-depth demographic, economic, and community data on the nation's 100 largest cities.

Tony Lee, general manager and editor in chief of RealEstateJournal.com said the site's editorial content will come from The Wall Street Journal's print and Web editorial teams, in addition to other sources.
