By: E&P Staff The Webby Awards honoring excellence in web design, creativity, usability and functionality will be presented tonight in lower Manhattan by The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences.
This year's winners, who are being honored in over 65 consumer, business and culture categories, include the Huffington Post, Thomas Friedman, Prince, and the musical group Gorillaz. A complete list of winners and nominees can be found

The academy is a 500-member body of "leading web experts, business figures, luminaries, visionaries and creative celebrities." Its members include David Bowie, Internet inventor Vint Cerf, "The Simpsons" creator Matt Groening, and Oracle chairman Larry Ellison, as well as writers and editors from a wide variety of publications.
