WEHCO Media Inc. Names President of Palmer Newspaper Division

Terri Leifeste has been named president of the Palmer Newspaper division of WEHCO Media Inc. headquartered in Little Rock, Ark. She will remain as the general manager of Central Missouri Newspapers in Jefferson City, Mo. She succeeds Maurice “Buddy” King who has retired. Leifeste is a 35-year newspaper veteran. Prior to joining WEHCO in January 2013, she was a vice-president with Horizon Publications where she oversaw a group of community newspapers. Her career includes publisher positions with Horizon Publications, Hollinger and Community Newspapers Holdings, Inc.; general manager of Gannett’s Middle Tennessee Community Newspapers and advertising management positions with The Chicago Sun Times and The State in Columbia, S.C.
