Wifag Names New Sales, Engineering and Finance Chiefs

By: E&P Staff With the retirement of Goetz Stein, Thomas Doliwa takes over as head of sales at Swiss press manufacturer Wifag Maschinenfabrik AG.

Stein, an engineer who served as CEO through 2004, remains president of the company's board of directors, a board member of Wifag Polytype-Holding AG, executive committee member and president of the boards of trustees of the Ursula Wirtz and Otto Wirtz foundations.

Doliwa, who has newspaper, printing and prepress experience, is joined at Wifag by new head of engineering Christian Miescher and new Chief Fianancial Officer Michael Fleissner. They succeed, respectively, Kurt Recher and Fritz Strasser, who have retired.
