Wisconsin State Journal Names New Publisher

Davenport-based Lee Enterprises Inc. has announced the promotion of John Humenik, president and publisher of the Arizona Daily Star in Tucson, to publisher of the Wisconsin State Journal in Madison and group publisher for both divisions.
