'WSJ.' Magazine Names Editorial Staffers

By: E&P Staff The Wall Street Journal has named five editorial staffers to head the paper's new lifestyle magazine, "WSJ.," which bows Sept. 6.

Jeffrey Podolsky has been named WSJ.'s editor-at-large. Previously, he was New York Editor of Tatler Magazine.

Janelle Carrigan has been appointed features editor. Prior to this appointment, she served as travel editor of the Journal?s "Weekend Journal" section and was managing editor of the Hong Kong-based Weekend Journal Asia.

Kate Auletta has been named assistant features editor. Previously, she was assistant editor/Style at House and Garden.

Lucy Gilmour has been appointed photo director. She most recently served as photography director of House and Garden magazine.

Sasha Wilkins has been named executive style editor. Prior to joining
WSJ., Wilkins wrote out of New York for British publications including Harper's Bazaar, Elle, The Sunday Times, Grazia, vogue.com, and online creative network The Hospital. Previously based in London, she was launch executive fashion editor of O: Magazine, national UK Sunday broadsheet The Observer's fashion title.

"We have brought on some of the brightest and most creative minds in the business," WSJ. Editor-In-Chief Tina Gaudoin said in a statement. "Everyone of our staff members will play a key role in ensuring we present the most elegant and informative luxury magazine possible, and I look forward to the months ahead."
