Yes, Cartoonists Who Lampoon Foley Also Slammed Clinton

By: E&P Staff Liberal cartoonists lampooning disgraced Republican Mike Foley are often asked by conservative readers why they didn't also lampoon President Clinton during HIS sex scandal.

Of course, most liberal cartoonists DID thrash Clinton during his Monica Lewinsky days. Cincinnati Enquirer cartoonist Jim Borgman decided to make that clear on his "BorgBlog."

Under the heading "How Come You Never Criticize Democrats During Sex Scandals?," Borgman posted -- without comment -- 18 of the cartoons he did mocking and knocking Clinton during the Lewinsky scandal.

Borgman's political cartoons are syndicated by King Features, which also distributes the "Zits" comic he co-creates with Jerry Scott.
