America’s Newspapers and Borrell Associates Launch Newspaper Advertiser Research Project

Newspapers routinely do not get credit for the effective digital and print solutions they deliver local advertisers. A new, ambitious research project conducted by Borrell Associates will seek to measure where advertisers are spending, what media they are spending with and how they feel about local newspapers and their solutions.

Newspapers of all sizes are needed to participate in this survey to get the most useful results. Borrell Associates has made the process simple and easy-to-execute for local newspapers. All that’s needed is a commitment and contact information for your newspaper. 

What newspapers will receive for participating:

  • Participating members of America’s Newspapers will have exclusive access to critical information to learn what advertisers are thinking and planning.  
  • First access to the insights from the project and reports. Results are expected in mid-May.
  • Newspaper-level specifics, dependent on the response rate from your market.
  • A list of advertiser-respondents, which creates a great way for your staff to reach back out to the participating advertisers.
  • Plus, access to future training sessions, sales materials and other deliverables from America’s Newspapers.
