By: E&P Staff An electrical problem in its printing press delayed production of the Winston-Salem (N.C.) Journal Wednesday morning, setting back delivery of the state edition by about three and a half hours.

In a note to readers, the paper said it was not able to finish printing the state edition until about 5 a.m., and printing of the final city edition began at about 8 a.m.

The Journal said delivery Wednesday morning could be delayed further by heavy rains.
