Individual.com Inc. has launched the Individual.com News Network,
delivering a combination of co-branded news, information, and services
to partner sites, and Pagecast, its online news programs combining
broadcast and newspaper ideas.
The News Network's first operational feature is the Headline Feed
that delivers free news content to partner sites. Individual.com claims
300 partners are already signed up for the program. Other News Network
features will be more customizable content offerings and co-branded
versions of Individual.com's service.
PageCast has launched two business programs for broadcast on
Individual.com: 'The Individual.com Evening NewsPage' and 'The
Individual.com Weekend NewsPage.' Joe Berger, a former technology
reporter at the San Francisco Examiner, is the first anchor for a
format that Individual.com describes as a combination of traditional
anchored television newscast and a daily newspaper. Kristin Amico will
host the Weekend NewsPage program.
Individual.com, based in Burlington, Mass., is owned by New York-based
Office.com Inc.
