The battle over the release of photographs and documents surrounding the deaths of 19 Granite Mountain Hotshots to the
Arizona Republic and KPNX Channel 12 News has been settled, Yavapai County attorney Shelia Polk announced Tuesday.
"The media has dropped their lawsuit and the case has been dismissed. There will be no further hearings," Polk wrote in an email to the
Daily Courier.
