By: Staff reports Four Year Deal Valued At $100 Million

Monster.com and America Online announced today a four-year, $100 million alliance. Monster will be the sole provider of employment information and job classifieds for AOL.

Co-branded sites will be created for AOL properties: its flagship service, CompuServe, AOL.com, AOL Canada, ICQ, Netscape Netcenter, and Digital City. America Online claims over 19 million members.

Maynard, Mass.-based Monster will offer exclusive services to AOL members, including job fairs and live chats with employment consultants.

Dulles, Va.-based AOL plans to launch the services early next year.
