New 'LA Times' Image Section to Be About 'Self Presentation'

By: E&P Staff A new 22-page Image section set to launch in the LA Times next Sunday will be about "self presetation," deputy features editor Michalene Busico is quoted as saying in Women's Wear Daily. The section is scheduled to appear once a month until September and then will go weekly.

The section will be largely about fashion, according to the WWD item, but will also include information about "over-the-top spas, cosmetic surgery, Hollywood and red-carpet style and 'anything about who you are.'"

The article also says the section will have a shopping column, and will include "cultural and behavioral" coverage.
