By: E&P Staff The New York Post is using behavioral targeting technology from AlmondNet Inc., a New York-based company with research and development in Tel Aviv, Israel.
AlmondNet's technology allows Web publishers to target ads based on registration, behavior, demographics, and other factors.
Post Online Advertising Manager Andrew Ralles said the system "allows us to customize ads based on a reader's specific interests. By doing this, we can offer advertisers the opportunity to reach interested readers in whatever section of our site they may be visiting."
