NYTimesGuild votes to ratify new 5-year deal

In a Twitter post, the NYTimesGuild reports:

After nearly 800 days without a contract, ~1,000 @NYTimesGuild members voted more than 99 percent in favor to ratify a new 5-year deal that includes an immediate $65,000 salary floor, raises for every member, hybrid work options, a ban on NDAs and new investments in local news.

Many of these measures will be life-changing for our members, and we hope they will ripple across the industry. We stand in solidarity with other units across the country as they fight for their own fair contracts!
