HAROLD F. WOLDT JR., vice president of circulation/home delivery at the New York Times, has been named director of circulation at the Omaha World-Herald.
He succeeds JIM RISTOW, who was appointed president of the Advertising Delivery Service at the Omaha World-Herald.
