Chloe Malle (Vogue US head of editorial content) shared the following this morning with staff regarding the promotions of Mi-Anne Chan and Alyssa Hardy at Teen Vogue:
Good Morning! For those who weren’t able to attend yesterday’s editorial meeting, I wanted to share an exciting update. It’s now been a few months since Teen Vogue came under the Vogue umbrella, and I want to take a moment to thank all of you, especially the Teen Vogue team, for your patience and flexibility as we’ve navigated this transition. I know I speak for the whole Vogue team when I say that it has been such a pleasure getting to work more closely with the Teen Vogue team.
I am thrilled to announce two promotions: Mi-Anne Chan will become Teen Vogue’s Creative Editorial Director, and Alyssa Hardy will be Teen Vogue’s Digital Director.
In these new leadership roles, Mi-Anne will oversee Teen Vogue’s creative thinking and strategy, working closely with Anna, Raul and me. Alyssa will manage content across all topics and verticals, which she has already taken upon herself so brilliantly during this period of transition.
She will work closely with Mi-Anne to continue Teen Vogue’s impactful storytelling through cross-platform content packages and help bring the bigger picture ideas and events to life.
They will take on these new roles beginning February 2. Please join me in congratulating Mi-Anne and Alyssa!
