StaffingTools Creates Dedicated Prepress Division

By: E&P Staff Already used for its online prepress application courses for graphic arts professionals, StaffingTools Inc. of Bloomington, Ind., has established a separate Prepress Training Solution division.

StaffingTools CEO Craig Hane credited the prepress software training for the company's growing graphic arts client base -- now representing 4,000 students. Customers include Applied Graphics Technology and Transcontinental Canada. The company says its Prepress Training Solution division addresses needs in graphic arts workflows with "low-cost, individualized online testing and training services."

The division's library of courses covers such popular applications as Adobe InDesign CS and Photoshop CS, Creo Preps, Dynagram DynaStrip, Enfocus PitStop, and QuarkXPress. Additional services include custom development, a library of interactive tests and training, and a hosted Learning Management System.
