Summer Start for Comic Starring Three Penguins

By: E&P Staff King Features Syndicate announced today that it will distribute "Arctic Circle" starting Aug. 27.

Alex Hallatt's daily and Sunday humor comic focuses on three penguins -- Oscar, Ed, and Gordo -- who have emigrated to the North Pole to escape climate change in Antarctica.

King said other characters include "a cynical middle-aged polar bear, a gullible lemming, an intellectual snow bunny, and a ruthless arctic tern."
