'Wally's Pond' Cartoonist Signed

By: E&P Staff Continental Features/Continental News Service has signed "Wally's Pond" comic creator Shaun Kettunen.

His five-times-a-week strip stars various animals living in fictional Tabernash Falls.

Kettunen earned a degree in cinema and television at the University of Southern California.
