A.H. Belo Shareholder Ferguson Reduces Stake

By: Jennifer Saba A.H. Belo shareholder Brian Ferguson revealed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing this morning that he, along with SoftVest LP and Anthem Holdings, have reduced their stake in the company.

The group, which held a little more than 7% of Class A shares in A.H. Belo as of March 2009, now owns 3.6%, according to the document.

Shares in A.H. Belo (NYSE: AHC) were trading up 2.7% to $3.00 in early afternoon trading.
