Barron's welcomes a new staff member: Molly Cook Escobar

Molly Cook Escobar

Molly Cook Escobar is joining the Barron's visuals team as a data visualization and graphics editor.

Escobar joins Barron's from The New York Times where she just completed a fellowship as a graphics editor. During her fellowship, she mapped wildfire destruction in Maui and created visualizations surrounding the January 6th insurrection.

Prior to her fellowship, she worked at the Brookings Institution where she played a key role in constructing Brookings’ Ukraine Index — including developing an interactive dashboard of charts and maps that monitored refugee displacement, inflation and military aid.
