By: E&P Staff Thomas E. Claybaugh has been named president and publisher of the Zanesville Times Recorder and the Coshocton Tribune, two Gannett papers in Ohio.
Claybaugh most recently served as director of advertising for the Press & Sun-Bulletin in Binghamton, N.Y.
