CNI Releases Browser-based AdDesk Breeze

Posted
By: E&P Staff CNI Corp. has released AdDesk Breeze, designed to keep sales staff focused on developing accounts by centralizing access to critical information, automating time-consuming manual tasks, reducing the number of systems used, and streamlining the workflow.

The browser-based application requires no software and no training, according to CNI. Quickly deployed, Breeze can be licensed or contracted as a service to meet.

Breeze personalizes each user's view of all that happens with a customer's accounts and campaign orders. It also centralizes and simplifies ordering and fulfillment, critical for handling media companies' growing number of vehicles and channels. Media-neutral Breeze supports online, print, direct mail, inserts, video and social media.

Detailed information about an account's active, past and future campaigns, credit standing, artwork, and self-service transactions are readily available.

Breeze alerts sales staffers to issues that can result in credits or lost revenues, such as credit hold, missing art, unexpected orders, change requests, or production issues requiring involvement of the sales person.

Elimination of paper-based workflows frees staff from the office, saving time and enabling work from anywhere with Internet access. Through integration with advertising and production systems, Breeze pre-fills forms such as insertion order, creative work requests, materials submission and pick-ups. Staff can order a campaign and initiate fulfillment quickly, with details that the production staff need to execute accurately.

Breeze can be integrated with any order entry, production or ad-serving system through proprietary and industry-standard interfaces such as API, SOAP, AdsML and XML. Integrations also are available for the Google and Yahoo! ad networks.
