Ed Palladino, a fixture for decades in the news and sports departments of the Daily Freeman and in the area sports community at large, has died at age 84.
Palladino died Thursday at the Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kingston, according to the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, which is overseeing arrangements.
