By: E&P Staff Universal Uclick and cartoonist Wiley Miller, creator of the comic strip "Non Sequitur," announced on Monday that they have teamed up to create the first "Great Non Sequitur Sign-Off" contest.

Miller?s Monday comic features a man walking past a blank sandwich board set up outside of a deli, and Miller is inviting readers to fill in the board and provide the punch line. All entries can be sent to Miller at nonseqsignoff@amuniversal.com, and after he narrows the field to four finalists, fans can visit Non-Sequitur.com to vote for their favorite and select the winner. The winning joke will appear in newspapers on Dec. 21.

In addition to having his or her joke published, the winner will receive the autographed original cartoon and autographed life-size recreation of the sandwich board. Deadline for entries is Dec. 4, and the four finalists will be announced on Dec. 7. More details can be found at non-sequitur.com.
