By: Editorial Staff FOSTER'S DAILY DEMOCRAT in Dover, N.H., published a Sunday edition May 23 for the first time in its 119-year history.
The 44-page "Extra" featured coverage of President Clinton's visit.
Whites still made up the majority (66%) of new staffers at those newspapers, while about 12% were Hispanic ? up from 10% in 1991 ? 16% were black and 5.5% were Asian.
