Fugitive Sees his Picture in Philly Newspaper, Turns Himself In

By: Police say a longtime fugitive turned himself in after seeing his picture in a Philadelphia newspaper.

FBI special agent J.J. Klaver says 27-year-old Vorn Nov decided to end his life on the lam on Monday, after he saw his photo in a "Most Wanted" column in that day's Philadelphia Daily News.

Klaver says Nov had been wanted by the FBI's Fugitive Task Force since Sept. 28, 2008.

Nov was indicted on charges of making bomb threats against City Hall, a downtown immigration building and the White House.
