How Patch’s New Owners Can Reverse Its Fortunes

By: Tom Grubisich | Street Fight

Patch doesn’t have to wind up in the “bone yard.” I believe the hyperlocal network recently unloaded by Aol can, within five years, be a seriously profitable venture.

It won’t happen through corporate legerdemain or gimmickry propped up with a slick PowerPoint. It will happen if the company’s new owners, Hale Global, go all out for engagement-worthy community journalism that’s responsibly budgeted. And it will happen if they adopt a revenue strategy that’s responsive to fast-evolving trends in ad spending — especially in how programmatic is embracing the scaled audience targeting that’s so suited to a big community-based network like Patch.

PATCH should be under a Full Federal Investigation. The IRS should investigate kickbacks and Advertising money deals in exchange for political retribution community stories that are written I. False light And highly defamatory. PATCH is a SCAM
PATCH is Reckless and Irresponsible.
Patch is a greedy social site that is paid on political dollars for advertising by corrupt politicians who report fabricated community stories That are reported by crooked politicians and dirty racist police departments that focus on race and political vengeance It's worthless media that reports stories with reckless regard god don't like ugly. They'll fall They did a lot of damage.
Patch reports inaccurate, misleading community stories for a corrupt buck
