Humor Book Awards for Mike Luckovich and Leigh Rubin

By: E&P Staff Creators Syndicate cartoonists Mike Luckovich and Leigh Rubin have won prizes in the humor category of ForeWord Magazine's annual book awards.

Luckovich, the Pulitzer Prize-winning editorial cartoonist for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, won a "Gold" honor for his "Four More Wars!" book. Rubin, who does the "Rubes" comic panel, received the "Bronze" prize for his "The Wild Life of Love" book.

In other news, Rubin told E&P that he'll be giving two presentations July 31 at the American Agricultural Editors Association's Agricultural Media Summit in Louisville, Ky.
