A year in development, Ynetnews.com combines the best material from Yedioth Ahronoth and Ynet with original content in a style and format geared to reach large English-speaking audiences throughout the world, particularly in North America.

The unique style and approach of Ynetnews has been set by Ynet Editor-in-Chief Yon Feder, and Alan Abbey, Ynetnews.com Managing Director and Editor.
Abbey, a veteran of U.S. and Israeli media, said Ynetnews is written in a style that will be familiar to North American news consumers. Abbey said Ynetnews will focus on fast-breaking news out of Israel, one of the world?s most newsworthy locations, and will put it into context with analysis and quality writing.
