The
Kamloops Daily News is going to be ceasing publication after more than 80 years.
Glacier Media, the parent company of the
Daily News, provided notice under Section 54 of the B.C. Labour Code to Unifor, representing unionized staff at the
Daily News, that it intends to close the newspaper within the next 60 days.
