McClatchy to Use TACODA's AMS

By: E&P Staff McClatchy Interactive, the online arm of the McClatchy Company, has signed on with TACODA's Audience Management Services system on its network of newspaper and regional sites.

AMS will first be deployed on and, the Web sites of The Sacramento Bee and Minneapolis' Star Tribune, both McClatchy papers.

The AMS system helps Web sites, particularly those with large user bases, create comprehensive profiles of site visitors based on their navigation behavior. With AMS, McClatchy will develop constantly refreshed audience segments that marketers can target with precision and efficiency to deliver highly relevant messages to its users.
