The memo also singled out acting Editor-in-Chief Maggie Samways for her work over the past seven months. The previous editor, Mark Moore, was let go September: "When duty called Maggie stepped up to the task at hand not only continuing to put out our great newspaper everyday, but also overseeing the complications of our redesign and decentralization projects. Truly a team player, Maggie deserves all of our gratitude and congratulations on a job well done."
