Roland Hill was charged with aggravated rape and child assault, according to the Taunton Daily Gazette. On Tuesday, he allegedly bought up many copies of the paper and emptied numerous newsracks.

The Gazette reported that between 300 and 400 copies were affected by Hill's actions. But it added that no charges have been filed against him for the incident.
