Reuters Names Executive Editor for Editorial Operations, Data and Innovation

Reg Chua has been named executive editor for editorial operations, data and innovation at Reuters. In his new role, he is responsible for editorial’s strategic planning and resource allocation, operational processes, budget, administration, logistics and safety. He will retain his data and innovation responsibilities which include overseeing data and computational journalism, graphics, financial polling and more. Chua joined Reuters in 2011 as data editor and, before that, spent more than 10 years at The Wall Street Journal in both Asia and the U.S.
