'Rhyme' Feature Offered by Continental

By: E&P Staff Continental Features/Continental News Service of San Diego is offering "The News of Our Time -- in Rhyme."

The feature is by John Biederman, who has contributed "News Limericks" to the Chicago Tribune's youth-oriented RedEye tabloid.

A sample of Biederman's poetry:

"It's odd: Though most adults consent
that Santa and his elves
are myth, a bunch think government
can save us from ourselves.
From whence this came? It's all a haze.
Did Drug War so alarm? --
or court-spurred 'Warning' label craze
to save morons from harm?"
