Schlosberg named to Times Mirror board of directors p.3

By: Editorial Staff RICHARD T. SCHLOSBERG III, publisher of the Los Angeles Times and executive vice president of Times Mirror, was elected to the company's board of directors.
Times Mirror president and CEO Mark H. Willes lauded Schlosberg as having made "many significant contributions" to the company since joining it in 1983. He previously was publisher and CEO of the Denver Post.
Two other appointments included Steven J. Schooch, 37, to vice president and treasurer and Victor A. "Chip" Perry III to vice president for corporate development.
Schooch has been vice president/treasurer at Euro Disney S.C.A.
Perry, 42, has been serving as vice president for strategic alliances at the Times.
