Skydance is offering voluntary buyouts to eligible employees and moving to a five-day, in-office workweek as it combines Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery, The Desk reports. The changes affect a media company whose holdings include CBS and CNN.

An internal memo outlined a one-time buyout program, with eligible employees receiving individual offers and a period to decide whether to accept. The company’s announcement did not specify how many employees would qualify or disclose the financial terms.

The office policy will take effect in phases depending on location, with advance notice to employees. Management described the changes as part of its effort to bring together teams with different workplace practices following the merger.
