Star Community Newspapers Appoints Ad Director

By: E&P Staff Joani Dittrich has been appointed advertising director for Star Community Newspapers, publisher of one daily and 13 weekly papers in North Texas. She most recently was president of the Greater Detroit Newspaper Network.

Dittrich will work out of the group's Plano corporate office, and will be in charge of all of the company's day-to-day advertising operations.
