Take a Hike: 'WSJ' Raising Single Copy Price to $1.50

By: E&P Staff Amid all the changes announced for The Wall Street Journal on Wednesday there was one more: It will raise its weekday newsstand price from $1 to $1.50, starting July 16.

It already charges that price for its weekend paper.

The subscription price will not change. This is the first hike for single copy since 2001.
