The Center Square Voters’ Voice Poll (TCS-VVP) released final polling results today weighing the voter sentiment across party lines after President Trump’s first 100 days in office, asking questions about voter attitudes toward tariffs, border security, federal funding, executive orders and more. This poll also weighs the most pressing issues facing the United States now versus the weeks leading up to the November 2024 election.
The Center Square also is publishing a series of original reports, sourced from the poll results.
Poll results are available at TheCenterSquare.com/Polls. Stories will be available at TheCenterSquare.com and available for republishing as per The Center Square usage guidelines.
The Voters’ Voice Poll, conducted by Noble Predictive Insights, asked 2,500 registered voters across the U.S. to assess policy issues facing the nation. This is the first poll conducted in 2025, building on the four-part series produced in 2024. It is the sixth Voters’ Voice Poll overall.
Among the results, TCS-VVP examines shifts in focus for the American electorate and weighs which policy solutions voters are interested in pursuing.
TCS-VVP is uniquely situated to deliver this insight. One of only six national tracking polls in the United States, TCS-VVP has innovated on traditional national polls, which — with their limited respondent count of around 1,000 — fail to capture the intricate dynamics within political parties. The pioneering work of TCS-VVP addresses the constraint of a modest sample size and provides unparalleled precision in subgroup analysis.
“The Center Square has established itself as one of the most trusted national media brands in the United States through its dedication to unbiased, straightforward coverage of local, state and national news, and our polling continues to provide the best, most relevant insights,” said Chris Krug, publisher of The Center Square and chief executive officer of the parent nonprofit, Franklin News Foundation.
He continued, “The Center Square Voters’ Voice Poll provides a deep-dive on what voters are excited and upset about — not only across parties but across demographic and geographic information as well. This is important to our audience because The Center Square readers span across party lines and represent a politically diverse group of taxpayers. TCS-VVP insights inform this readership.”
This national poll was conducted utilizing a hybrid methodology, combining online opt-in panel and text-to-online surveys to ensure a robust, diverse and accurate sample. Conducted by Noble Predictive Insights from April 15-18, the survey drew from a national registered voter sample. Demographics such as gender, region, age, ethnicity and education were meticulously weighted to mirror recent national affiliation surveys.
The TCS-VVP approach is to interview 2,500 respondents: roughly 1,000 registered Democrats, 1,000 registered Republicans and 500 Independents. At least 250 of those Independents are “True Independents” that don’t lean toward either party — the largest subsample of swing voters in any major public opinion survey. The margin of error (MoE) for the aggregate sample was ±2.0%, with each political group independently weighted.
“This national tracking poll continues to ensure accuracy and precision and delivers actionable insights into the complex political landscape of the United States, providing a clearer picture of voter sentiments and emerging trends that matter more than ever in this pivotal election cycle. As we approach the November election, these insights are invaluable for understanding the issues that truly matter to voters and anticipating the dynamics that will shape the outcome,” comments Mike Noble, founder and CEO at Noble Predictive Insights.
