The New York Times names new editor for International Print Hub

We are delighted to announce that Alyssa Betts has joined the International Print Hub in Hong Kong as a staff editor.

Previously, she was an editor at The Wall Street Journal in Hong Kong. She has also been a reporter for Australia’s national public broadcaster, the ABC.

She was based in northern Australia where she anchored a weekly current affairs TV show and covered politics. She cut her teeth at NT News, reporting on government, cyclones and the not-so-occasional U.F.O. sighting.
