Wall Street Journal Digital Network to Air Daily Online Newscast

By: E&P Staff The Wall Street Journal Digital Network is launching an online daily news broadcast, The News Hub.

The show goes live on Sept. 17 and will air twice at 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. on WSJ.com, Barrons.com, MarketWatch.com and Dow Jones Newswires.

"The News Hub showcases our unmatched stable of expert reporting and resources across Dow Jones," Robert Thomson, editor in chief of Dow Jones & Co., said in a statement.

The broadcasts last eight minutes and will cover the important news of the day. Kelly Evans, economic reporter for The Wall Street Journal, will host the morning program. The afternoon show will be co-hosted by Simon Constable, a columnist at Dow Jones Newswires, and Kelsey Hubbard of WSJ.com.
