Gannett, the parent company of The El Paso Times, is moving the paper's printing and packaging operations to Paso del Norte Publishing in Juarez in early October.
The first issue to be printed in Juarez will be on Oct. 5 for the Oct. 6 paper.
El Paso production employees were notified Thursday of the transition to a new printing facility.
